Uh-oh Mark... you can't agree with the Jet... now I know I'm in trouble with that bet...
Anyway, I got a couple plays in the youth final from a couple guys at work that have been watching this competition pretty religiously... Don't know whether I should share them with Jet Riggs or not...

Colombia to advance (+110)
Spain (-1) (-138)

Don't know a damn thing of what I'm talking about, but one guy at work suggested that Colombia should maybe be favored over Argentina and the other suggested that Spain looked like they were going to win the tournament...

Well, Lokomotive and Ljungskile are pretty strong plays so you might be in trouble. However, you never know what could happen so it might work out. Even though Jet and I have a couple of picks that are the same, we differ GREATLY when it comes to money management. Jet is down almost 27 UNITS over the last 3 days and now he is DESPERATE to recover those funds. If he wins today - GREAT - but if he loses - CRASH! Most legitimate cappers realize this and would never try to recover everything at once by eating the HUGE CHALK that Jet is foolishly playing. One of the Golden Rules to success when it comes to sports gambling is that tomorrow is another day. There will ALWAYS be more sports to bet on but if you don't manage your money properly, you might not have any left to play with.

I like both those picks from the World Youth Championship, especially the one on Spain. Good luck.

AFLguru,

played Columbia myself. Agree with your friend, they are slightly better than Argentina. I'm guessing the name recognition with Argentina is the only reason they were favoured.

Only thing scary about my friend is the fact that he IS Colombian and might be a bit biased... so far so good I guess... at least they're not down yet... But about my friend from work... he's always been good with this stuff, including calling that AC Milan was going to blow the 3-0 lead after watching the first couple minutes of the 2nd half...

Even if they drew 3-3 you'd still lose... lol... write it in the wrong column and go on with life... Vastra was going to win at some point...

90th minute dagger to the heart for Colombia. Too bad guys - that's just some bad luck.

Eh, it happens... more importantly, our dear friend Jet Riggs is off to a likely 2-0 start on his little "Hidden Bullsh^t" parlay of 4 teams, none of which were at better odds than -160...

Even if Jet goes 4-0 today, it won't matter in the LONG RUN. He is a typical yo-yo gambler. Up big one day then down huge the next day. Yesterday and Sunday were prime examples of the DOWN SIDE to his style of gambling. Jet will never learn until he's broke. Unfortunately, there are alot of gamblers just like him, which is why the bookmakers make so much money.

You do mean "Even if Jet goes 5-0" don't you? You counted my parlay and parlay units as a loss yesterday, so you will count them as wins at the appropriate times as well. Good luck to you Mark, and you seem to be doing well this week.

Jet.

Don't worry Jet, I'm keeping score appropriately... won/loss record isn't important, it's the number next to PROFIT that is important
